Verified shops show a blue check next to their name. Verification signals to buyers that the shop's identity and physical location have been confirmed by our team.

What we verify

• Phone number matches the shop owner
• Physical address or trading location is real
• Owner provides one form of national ID
• Owner agrees to the standard seller terms

What it unlocks

• The blue check badge
• Higher placement in search results
• Eligibility for the Power Promote programme
• Eligibility for flash sales

How to apply

Open Seller dashboard → Verification and follow the prompts. Our team reviews within 3 business days. If we need anything else we'll message you on your verified WhatsApp number.
