Inside the app
- Order problems: Account → Orders → tap the order → Raise a dispute
- Reporting content or users: the three-dot menu on any product, video, post, profile, or review has a Report option
These channels reach our moderation and ops teams directly and are faster than email for in-platform issues.
Response times we aim for
- Security reports: acknowledged within 24 hours
- Active order disputes: initial review within 48 hours
- General support: reply within 48 hours
- Privacy and data requests: substantive response within 7 days, full resolution within 30 days
Who we are
KampalaSnap is operated by Hobermalo, a Ugandan company. We don't currently publish a physical office address — most of our team works remotely. Service of legal process should be by email to support@kampalasnap.com with a copy posted to the registered office (available on request).
