• Shoot in daylight against a plain background

• Lead with what it is and why you're selling
• Include condition (used good, used fair, like new)
• Mention model number / size / measurements
• State whether you can deliver or pickup only

Price

• Look at similar solo listings already up
• Used items go for ~50–70% of new retail in most categories
• Price slightly above your true floor — leaves room to negotiate without going below what you'd accept
